摘要
针对文留油田地层高压、低渗的特性导致洗井前的长时间关井、放溢流卸压严重影响注水时率等问题,提出了高压注水井不卸压洗井技术。其工作原理是在高压水井关井不卸压、不放溢流保持井筒高压状态的前提下,将水放入洗井罐中,用增压装置达到目的高压后进入井筒油套环形空间进行洗井。该技术避免了注水井反复关停井,减少了井筒吐砂事故,降低了分注卡漏失效率。文留油田的4口注水井应用表明,洗井后平均注水压力下降了1.95MPa,日注水量上升了24.75m3,工艺成功率100%。
The high pressure and low permeability characteristic in Wenliu Oilfield formation results in long-time well shudown and discharging overflow for pressure release before well washing,which severely affects the water injection rate.In this case,a kind of well washing technology without pressure release for high pressure water injection well is put forward.The working mechanism is that under the precondition of remaining high pressure in the wellbore without pressure release and overflow discharge with the well closed in high pressure water injection well,the water for washing the well is first stored in the tank for pressure increase with pressurizing equipment,and then enters into the casing-tubing annulus for well washing.With the new technology,the repeated well shutdown is prevented,sand production accident in the wellbore is decreased and the separate-layer water injection leakage failure rate is also decreased.The application in four wells in Wenliu Oilfield indicates that the average water injection pressure after well washing is decreased by 1.95 MPa,daily water injection rate is increased by 24.75 m3 and the success rate reaches 100%.
