摘要
脂肪肝的发病率呈上升趋势,且发病年龄越来越小。目前脂肪肝的发生机制尚未彻底明了,西医缺乏有效药物。中医药治疗脂肪肝,无论在改善临床症状,还是在改善肝功能及肝脏影像学方面的变化都有明显的优势。本文从中医对脂肪肝的病因病机、辨证论治及专方专药的临床观察等方面,对近年来的文献进行了综述。
The incidence of fatty liver is increasing gradually. Moreover,the age of onset becomes less than before. The genetic mechanisms of fatty liver remain unclear. Active drugs are lacking in Western medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in relieving clinical symptoms, amending liver function and liver imaging. From the aspect of etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis, determination of treatment based in pathogenesis and signs and clinical observation ,this article reviewed the current status of traditional Chinese medicine and progresses in treating fatty liver.
