摘要
为了使自动风门在通风斜井中安全稳定的运行,根据通风斜井固有的特点,设计了推拉式自动风门,重点研究了推拉式的门体结构和PLC自动控制系统.经过在南洺河铁矿回风斜井的应用表明,推拉式的门体结构可以把风门的自重和风压转化为活动门板的滑动摩擦力,同时风门运动方向和风压方向垂直,所以风压对风门开闭造成的阻力很小,风门的开闭灵活自如;PLC自动控制系统不仅能控制风门开启和关闭,还实现了对风门的软件互锁和对系统故障的诊断与处理.该系统控制灵活、抗干扰能力强、工作稳定可靠,可以有效预防事故发生.所以推拉式自动风门克服了通风斜井的不利因素,可以在通风斜井中安全稳定运行.
Based on the intrinsic characteristics of the inclined air shaft, the pull-and-push automatic air doors were designed in order to make the automatic air doors run safely and steadily in the inclined air shaft. The structure of pull-and-push air doors and PLC automatic controlling system were particularly investigated. The application of this door in the inclined air shaft of Nanminghe iron mine shows that the structure of the pull-and-push doors can transform weight of the air doors and air pressure into sliding friction force of the air doors. At the same time, the moving direction of the air doors is perpendicular to the air pressure, which can reduce the resistance of the air pressure to the air doors greatly and make the air doors flexible. The PLC automatic controlling system can not only control the opening and closing of the doors but also make the air doors be locked by programming and the automatic fault diagnosis realized. This system has a strong ability of anti-disturbance, making the work running steadily and reliably. So it can efficiently prevent accidents from taking place.
