摘要
为了解决巷道交岔点处的围岩松散破碎引起的应力分布复杂难以支护的问题,本文采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对巷道交岔点处加固补强前后的应力分布状态进行了模拟.通过对比分析,加固补强后重新胶结破碎的围岩强度得到了提高,已能承载部分上覆岩层的重量,能有效的阻止应力集中区向围岩深部转移,防止了塑性区的进一步扩大.据此制定了对巷道交岔点处破碎围岩采取浅孔与深孔超前预注浆进行加固,提高围岩强度,进一步安装顶板三维锚索和帮部预应力桁架补强支护的方案,并给出具体的加固补强的支护参数,实践中取得非常良好的效果,研究结果表明,该支护方式在类似复杂条件下的巷道交岔点应用中具有较大的推广价值.
Aim at the problem of complex in stress distribution and hard to support at roadway intersection caused by broken surrounding rocks, we simulated the stress distribution at roadway intersection before and after being reinforced by using the software FLACaD. After rein- forcement, the strength of the reemented weak surrounding rocks was enhanced, capable of bearing the overburden load and preventing the stress from transferring to deep area and preventing the plastic area from further enlarging. On the basis of this, we made a reinforcing plan in which both shallow and deep boreholes in broken surrounding rocks at roadway intersection were used for grouting and 3D anchor cables were installed on roof and prestressed truss installed on two sides. In addition, reinforced support parameters were given.
