摘要
【目的】探讨心理干预对宫颈癌手术患者的调适作用。【方法】随机取手术治疗的宫颈癌患者35例作为心理干预组,同期未作心理干预36例为对照组,比较两组手术前后焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)情况、术后生活质量指标及术后下床时间。【结果】两组术前SAS、SDS差异无显著性,心理干预组术后SAS、SDS显著低于对照组,术后下床时间显著小于对照组,术后性生活满意度显著高于对照组。【结论】术前术后积极的心理干预治疗对宫颈癌患者恢复健康的生理-心理,重建良好的生活质量具有重要意义。
[Objective]To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery.[Methods]A total of 35 patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery received psychological intervention treatment as psychological intervention group at random,and the other 36 cases did not received psychological intervention treatment as control group.The condition of anxiety（SAS） and depression（ADS）,quality of life,the time of getting out of the bed and their satisfaction with sexual life before and after operation were compared between two groups.[Results]There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS before operation between these two groups.But SAS and SDS in psychological intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group after operation.The time of getting out of bed after operation in psychological intervention group was significantly shorter than that in control group.The satisfaction with sexual life after operation in psychological intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group.[Conclusion]Psychological intervention on patients before and after cervical cancer surgery plays an important role in physical and mental recovering of patients and rebuilding of good life.
