摘要
农村非政府组织渐次兴起,并逐步成长为公民社会中新兴的力量之一。为规范农村非政府组织发展并充分发挥其积极作用,有必要从其勃兴的动因入手进行研究。只有深入分析并真正挖掘出农村非政府组织兴起的动因,才能为进一步研究并定性农村非政府组织提供理论支撑。本文从内因和外因两个方面对农村非政府组织兴起的动因进行了分析。
Rural non - governmental organizations are springing up one by one in new era, and they are growing to be one of the new forces promoting social development. In order to standardize their development and bring into full play of their active effects, it＇s necessary to explore beth the inner and outer motives of their rise. Only by so doing can we provide theoretical basis in their studying and nature -determining work.
