摘要 探讨Ka频段测控系统的发展需要与可能,介绍了国外发展情况,分析论证了它的特点和主要技术问题,指出了它在高速数传、抗干扰、提高作用距离和测量精度、减小"黑障"影响、兼容Ka频段卫通等方面的优点,提出了建设Ka频段测控通信系统的建议。 This paper discusses the need and feasibility to develop Ka band Tracking, Telemetry and Command (TT&C) system. It also analyzes the development status at home and abroad, proposes related features and main technical problems, and gives its advantages in many aspects such as high speed data transmission, anti-interference, operation range improvement, measurement accuracy improvement, blackout effect mitigation, compatibility with Ka band satellite communication system, and proposes some advices on establishment of Ka band TT&C and communication system.
