摘要
研究出一种专门用于水平井油气层井段的体系——HRD弱凝胶钻井完井液。该体系无黏土相,其弱凝胶结构具有独特的流变性,表观黏度低、动塑比高、低剪切速率黏度高,具有很好的动态悬砂能力;静切力恢复迅速,无时间依赖性,具有很好的静态悬砂能力,能有效克服水平井段或大斜度井段携砂难、易形成沉砂床的问题;其在低剪切速率下的高黏弹性,能够减少固相和液相对储层的损害,有利于储层保护。评价结果表明,该体系的综合性能与国外的FloPro NT钻井完井液基本相当。该钻井液在冀东油田4口水平井中进行了应用。施工中该体系有效抑制了岩屑床的形成,井眼畅通,且井壁稳定,保证了钻井和完井作业的顺利进行。
A weak-gel,clay-free drill-in fluid,HRD,special for reservoir drilling in horizontal wells was developed.This fluid had a unique rheology,a low apparent viscosity,a high yield value / plastic viscosity ratio and a high low-shear rate viscosity,thus having a good dynamic solids carrying capacity.The static gel strengths of this fluid recovered quickly after breaking and had no time-dependency,thus having a good static suspension capacity.It was especially suitable for use in horizontal wells,and was equivalent to the FloPro NT fluid.The viscoelastic property at low shear rate of the fluid minimized the damage to the reservoir caused by the invasion of solids and liquids.The use of this fluid in four horizontal wells in Jidong Oilfield was very successful.
