摘要
由于降水不慎,可能产生流砂,导致基坑失稳。福州某工程,开挖电梯井坑时,采用坑内集水明排承压水,致使深基坑含水层产生流砂,土体破坏,土体强度降低,造成塔吊倒塌、两层深基坑支护失稳的严重事故,事故发生后,由于抢险及时,加固措施得当,事故没有进一步扩展,最终顺利完成了地下室施工,对于类似条件的深基坑工程有一定的借鉴意义。
Improper precipation may cause quicksand and result in foudation pit unsteadiness . In a project example in Fuzhou, which using cornbination of catchment and open ditch drainage in excavation of elevator shaft pit, the aquifer of deep foundation produce quicksand ,soil break, and strength decreasing and resulting in severe auident of tower crane collaspse, two--floor deep foundation pit supporting unsteadiness had happened. After the accident, because of salvage in time and suitable reinforcement measures,the accident doesfft further extened. Finally , the construction of basement has finished. This paper has certain reference meanings of deep foundation pit projects of the similar condicions.
