摘要
指纹图谱技术是分析天然产物和产品的有效手段。本文介绍了指纹图谱的概念、分类方法、白酒指纹图谱构建原理及现代光谱、色谱分析技术在白酒指纹图谱中的应用。提出了白酒指纹图谱建立的要求、目前存在的问题,以及在白酒生产、质量控制中的应用,并对未来白酒指纹图谱的发展方向进行了展望。
The technology of fingerprint is an effective means to analyze the natural products. In this paper, the concept and the classification of the fingerprint spectrogram were introduced, as well as the construction theory of fingerprint spectrogram and the application of spectral and chromatographic analyses in the fmgerprint of Chinese spirit. The requirements of construct- ing spirit fingerprint spectrogram, the application of fingerprint technology in spirit manufacture and quality control, the present problem and future development of spirit fingerprint technology were also discussed.
