摘要 N-{3-[3-(1-哌啶甲基)苯氧]丙基}氯乙酰胺与伯胺反应,合成了3个罗沙替丁乙酸酯衍生物,再与草酸反应成盐得对应的草酸盐,其结构经1H NMR和MS表征。 Three roxatidine derivatives（3） were designed and synthesized by the reaction of N-{3- [ 3-（1-methylpiperidine） phenoxy] propyl} chloroacetamide with primary amine, and then with oxalic acid to obtain thier salts. The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS.
