摘要
随着环境污染事故的不断发生和公众环境保护意识的日益增强,我国环境责任保险制度亟待完善。鉴于此,本文拟从在我国建立环境责任保险法律制度的理论基础着手,以借鉴发达国家的先进立法经验为基础,对我国环境责任保险的范围提出一些探讨性的设想,以期能对我国今后制定环境责任保险法及其相关法律制度有一定的帮助。
With the frequent occurrence of environmental accidents and the increasing people＇s awareness of environmental protection, our country＇s environmental liability insurance systems should be amended necessarily. This article discusses this problem from the theoretical basses of environmental liability insurance, absorbs the advanced experiences of the developed countries, and finally puts forward some tentative suggestions, which aims to be helpful to the establishment the act of environmental liability insurance and its relevant law.
