摘要
为了将气象灾害预报及时发送到农民手中,并提出切实可行的防灾减灾措施,指导农业一线生产,为农业生产发展服务,杭州市气象局建立了针对本市主要农产品的农业气象灾害指标体系,并开发了"农业气象灾害预警业务服务平台",将天气预报与灾害指标有机结合起来,自动生成包括受灾产品、所处关键期、致灾因子、对其影响、防御措施的农业气象灾害预警服务材料,为气象开展为农服务提供基础。目前该平台已在杭州地区各气象局业务使用。
In order to send agrometeorological disaster forecast to peasents in time ,the agrometeorological disaster forewarning system aiming at the disaster indices of the agricultural products produced in hangzhou district is developed. When the weather factors in accordance to disaster indices appear,the forewarning,which contento name of the agricultural product, which will be suffered, growth period, factors causing disaster, effect and countmeasures ere, generates automatically.At present the system has been applied to business of the weather bureau in Hangzhou district.
