摘要
采用问卷调查法、数理统计法和文献资料法,对四平地区健身俱乐部健美操指导员的基本情况进行调查,分析目前四平健美操指导员队伍中存在的问题,对体育院校健美操指导员培养的目标及课程设置进行探讨。
The basic situation of aerobic instructors in Siping area is investigated by questionnaire, mathematical statistics and literature consultation. It analyses the problems existing in aerobic instructors and explores the targets of cultivating aerobic instructors in sports colleges and the curriculum design.
