摘要
综述了热塑性树脂成核剂——脱氢枞酸及其盐类的制备方法、分子结构和晶体的 X 射线衍射特征,介绍了该类成核剂在聚丙烯、聚乙烯及聚对苯二甲酸二乙酯中的应用方法及效果,认为以松香为主要原料的脱氢枞酸型成核剂的发展应该是利用其分子中的活性基团进行化学改性.或与其他成核剂复合改性,以发挥不同成核剂的协同效应。
This paper reviewed the preparation methods, molecular structure and characteristics of crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of dehydroabietate- based nucleators, and introduced the application methods and effectiveness of the nucleators in polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The authors emphatically pointed out that the development of dehydroabietate-based nucleator with rosin as major raw material should target utilizing the active groups in the molecules for carrying out chemical modification, or compounding it with other type of nucleator(s) for taking advantage of their synergistic effect.
