摘要
文章介绍1.5m×12m预应力屋面板的研制,屋面板采用预应力先张法工艺,预应力主筋采用HRB400级钢筋,混凝土采用C40高强混凝土。这种板的研制成功,改变了工业厂房的柱距,使得工业厂房工艺布置更加灵活,工艺布局更加合理。
The article introduces the development of the 1.5m × 12m pretensioning prestressed roof board. The prestressed main reinforcement bar is of HRB400 steel bar and concrete is of C40 high-strength concrete.The successful development of this board has changed the column spacing of the factory building, which enables processing set-up in the factory building more flexible and layout more reasonable.
