圆锥过渡段阶梯形复合变幅杆的模态分析及优化设计 被引量:11

The modal analysis and optimized design on a cone-shaped horn of the transitional ladder

摘要 基于传统变幅杆的设计理论,对圆锥过渡段阶梯形变幅杆进行理论研究;利用有限元软件ANSYS建立复合变幅杆的有限元模型,并对其振动特性进行分析,计算得到复合变幅杆的振动频率、节点长度和放大系数等性能参数,与理论计算值比较表明,有限元法可获得很高的计算精度。利用ANSYS的优化设计功能,得到了变幅杆的最优化设计尺寸。 Based on the design of the traditional horn theory, the cone-shaped horn of the transitional ladder was studied. The use of finite element analysis software ANSYS established a composite horn finite element model, and its vibration characteristics were analyzed by calculating the horn of the vibration frequency,node length ,magnification factor, and other performance parameters. And theoretical calculations showed that the value of the finite element method was of very high computational accuracy. And making the use of ANSYS design features optimized,the most optimized design size of the horn has been got.
