摘要
以改性的新疆乌兰陵格膨润土、四氯化钛和钛酸丁酯为原料,采用柱撑多次负载法制备TiO2/柱撑膨润土复合光催化剂。并通过改变TiO2/柱撑膨润土的配比、负载次数、焙烧温度得到最佳制备条件。采用XRD、IR、SEM、EDS对TiO2/柱撑膨润土复合光催化剂进行了表征。证实TiO2呈高度分散状态,并已渗入膨润土层间结构,使层间距扩大,形成互不干扰的活性反应中心。在模拟染料废水中,对TiO2/柱撑膨润土复合光催化剂的光催化降解性能进行了研究。同时用所制TiO2/柱撑膨润土复合光催化剂对石化含油污水进行了光降解试验。
With modified Xinjiang Wulanlingge bentonite, titanium tetrachloride and tetrabutyl titanate as the raw materials, TiO2/pillared bentonite composite photoeatalyst was prepared by pillaring and multiple loading method. The optimal conditions for the preparation were obtained by adjusting the proportion of TiO2/pillared bentonite, number of loading times and roasting temperature. The TiO2/pillared bentonite eomposite photocatalyst was characterized by XRD, IR, SEM and EDS. TiO2 was found to be highly dispersed and have penetrated into the lattice layers of bentonite, enlarging the interlayer spaee and forming non-interfering active reaction centers. The photo-catalytie degradation performance of pillared bentonite composite photoeatalyst was studied in simulated dyestuff wastewater and the photo degradation test of this photocatalyst was also made in petrochemical oil-containing effluent.
