摘要 介绍蒸馏过程中间再沸器和中间冷凝器(统称中间换热器)的节能原理以及相关工艺参数的确定原则。指出使用中间换热器的条件主要是有无可供匹配的冷源或热源。中间换热器的添加会引起回流比的增加,故欲达同样的分离要求和回流比,必须增加塔板数。中间再沸器的位置愈靠近进料板,达到同样分离要求所需回流比愈大,故其位置应当尽量靠近塔釜。中间换热器的物料量和热负荷可在一定范围内调整,但其所处理的物料量(即塔的侧线抽出量)应当以保证足够的塔内液相流量为原则,当该流量较小时,塔的正常操作将较困难,且模拟计算也难以收敛。文中通过案例分析说明了以上原理。 The principles of energy saving and determining relevant process parameters of inter-reboiler and inter-condenser( both are called inter-heat exchanger)were presented. It is pointed out that the conditions for using inter-heat exchanger depend on whether there are suitable cold or hot stream sources. The use of inter-heat exchanger can lead to the increase of the reflux ratio. Therefore, the column stage number must be increased in order to maintain the same separation requirements and reflux ratio. The reflux ratio is higher to meet the same separation requirements when the location of the inter-reboiler is closer to the feed stage. Therefore, the location for the inter- reboiler should be as near the feed stage as possible. The stream flow rate and heat duty of the inter-reboiler can be adjusted within a certain scope. But the principles for the flow rate of the inter-reboiler (the column withdrawal) should maintain enough liquid flow rate in the column because a smaller flow rate can make normal operation of the column difficult and column simulation is also hard to converge. An example was given to show the above principles.
