摘要
本文从信息技术角度分析了城市应急联动指挥系统的现状、建设模式,对系统联动、应急资源整合、应急与非应急联动等问题进行了探讨。结合信息技术及行业业务特点,对系统管理、资源整合、联动等问题提出了解决建议,有助于规范目前城市应急联动指挥系统建设的发展中存在的相关问题。
In this paper, the main parts and structure of City Emergency Response System was given firstly. By analyzing City Emergency Response System current situation, the author gives out the main problems on the engineering progress control. Based on the project management theory and the practical knowledge, the author gives some beneficial advices project management,resource integration and the relations between Emergency and non- Emergency Response System.
