摘要
高校学生干部队伍是高校学生工作的主力军,也是学生自我管理不可或缺的力量,加强这支队伍综合素质的培养是做好高校学生工作的现实需要,也是提高学生整体素质培养未来社会人才的需要。本文就学生干部在高校学生工作中的重要作用,分析了目前高校学生干部队伍中存在的问题以及学生干部应具备的基本素质,并对高校学生干部综合素质培养的途径和方法提出了几点建议。
College student leaders, students work as the main force, is an important force in self-management. Enhance the overall quality of college work is a realistic need, but also the overall quality of training needs. The article analyzes the existing problems and the basic quality, and put forward some suggestions.
