摘要
本文基于企业资源理论RBV,发展了电子采购流程绩效概念模型,通过对175家实施电子商务的制造企业的调查数据,运用PLS(Partial Least Squares)方法实证研究电子商务能力、电子采购流程绩效与企业财务绩效三者之间的因果关系,从而说明电子采购流程中价值创造的过程。本研究结果可以为企业实施电子采购提供一定参考依据,以便能够在采购实践活动中更好地发挥电子商务应有的价值,从而为企业带来持续性竞争优势。
This paper investigates the causality among e-business capabilities, e-procurement process performance and finance performance. Based on the resource view of the firm (RBV), we developed a research framework and tested the hypotheses by using partial least squares (PLS) method with empirical data from 175 companies in the manufacturing industry in China. We can find the value creation process of the eprocurement from the empirical analysis. This study can help the company apply e-procurement successfully and provide the durable competitive superiority for the firm.
