摘要
临盘油田曲堤地区是一个典型的出砂、受污染油田,该文通过对影响该区块油井正常生产因素的综合分析,结合该区块地层特征,提出在馆三段采取高强度、高渗透树脂涂敷砂外追固化剂的防砂工艺,并辅以射孔、解堵、油层保护等配套技术,在馆三段的6口井上进行了推广应用,防砂施工成功率100%,平均单井日增油7.1t,取得了明显的防砂效果,为该区馆三段油层提供了有效的防砂方法,确保了产能建设。
The Quti area of Linpan oilfield is a typically sanding and wells highly damaged oilfield. In this paper, through a comprehensive analysis of some factors affecting the normal production of this area and according to the formation characteristics of the area, a sanding control process used in the third section of Guantao formation is presented, in which the high strength and high permeability resin coated sand grains are recoated with a hardening agent, combined with some associate technologies including perforating, plugging removal, reservoir protection and so on. This process has been applied in 6 wells with completely success. Daily production of single well has increased by 10.251 ton and obvious results of sanding control have been obtained. This process is an effective sanding control approach for the third section of Guantao formation in the area and ensures the structure of productivity.
