摘要
基于模糊理论,通过建立模糊优选模型,对汽油机废气涡轮增压系统方案进行优选研究。首先以功率、燃油消耗率、排气温度、涡轮放气阀开度和气缸内最大爆发压力等参数作为性能评判指标,通过计算和试验获得在各个工况下的汽油机的性能评判指标数据;然后,根据增压汽油机的特点,建立性能评判指标的模糊评判隶属度函数,获得各个工况下的性能评判矩阵;通过引入性能评判指标权重,计算出各个工况下的性能评判值;最后,考虑各工况的使用频率,建立增压系统方案的评判结果矩阵,根据矩阵中各方案得分高低即可判断出采用哪种废气涡轮增压系统时汽油机综合效能最佳。
Based on the Fuzzy Theory, researches on optimization plan for turbocharged System in gasoline engine is conducted by fuzzy optimization modeling. The performance data is collected from calculation and test to the gasoline engine in different working conditions including power, oil consumption, exhaust temperature, turbocharged release valve opening and max. explosion pressure in cylinder. Then, it to establish the fuzzy functions of parameter analysis according to the characteristics of gasoline engine and gets the matrix multiplication of fuzzy performance evaluation. The evaluation value is calculated in the various working conditions by introducing weights of the performance data. In consideration of working frequency in various working conditions, the matrix is created to evaluate the plan for turbocharged system to choose the most preferred plan that the waste turbocharged system may result in the best performance providing application in gasoline engine.
