智能监控交通系统中车牌识别技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 随着我国国民经济的高速发展,汽车数量大幅度的增加,国内高速公路、城市道路、停车场等设施越来越多,对交通控制、安全管理的要求也日益提高。在国内外,智能交通系统(rrs)已成为当前交通管理发展的主要方向。车牌照识别(LPR)系统的研究与开发,是现代化交通发展的热点问题,也是影响交通系统智能化、现代化的重要因素。本文对车牌字符识别和车牌字符分割等方法进行了分析研究。 With the rapid development of China's national economy, the substantial increase in the number of motor vehicles, domestic highways, urban roads, parking lots and other facilities more and more on traffic control, safety management requirements are also increasing. At home and abroad, intelligent transportation system (rrs) the current traffic management has become the main direction. Car license plate recognition (LPR) system research and development, modernization of transport development is a hot issue, but also impact on intelligent transport system, modernization of the important factors. In this paper, the license plate character recognition and license olate character segmentation methods were analyzed.
