摘要
卷筒纸胶印机刀式折页机构设计中,工作段的轨迹偏差与切入角都是影响性能的重要指标。为了提高刀式折页机构的综合运动性能,在分析性能指标对设计变量响应的基础上,通过引入性能指标的评价值,建立刀式折页机构多目标优化设计模型。对多目标优化设计实例所得结果与普通优化设计模型结果进行比较,可以发现,多目标优化设计的刀式折页机构综合运动性能更佳。
In web offset press's fold mechanism design, the trace deviation and entrance angle in working state are important criterions to affect the performance. For increasing the synthetic kineto-preformance, a multiple objective optimum design model could be established, based on the analysis of the response to the design parameter and evaluating indicators. By comparing the results of multiple objective optimum design model and common optimum design, we can find that the synthetic kineto-preformance by multiple objective optimum design is much better.
