RNA干扰与前列腺癌缺氧诱导因子1α

摘要 研究表明前列腺癌与缺氧诱导因子1α存在着密切关系,而缺氧诱导因子1α与血管内皮生长因子VEGF、Ⅳ型胶原酶MMP-2、MMP-9表达相关。运用RNA干扰技术可以为深入研究前列腺癌发病机制与临床治疗提供新的思路。现将RNA干扰、缺氧诱导因子1α与前列腺癌的关系进行综述。
