重症监护病房铜绿假单胞菌及鲍曼不动杆菌药敏分析 被引量:4

Analysis on antibiotic susceptibility of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumanni/haemolyticus in patients in intensive care unit

摘要 目的了解2006~2007年重症监护病房患者铜绿假单胞菌及鲍曼/溶血不动杆菌的药敏及耐药变化,为合理应用抗菌药物及指导临床用药提供参考。方法用美国DadeBehring公司Microscan WalkAway-40SI全自动微生物分析仪进行菌株鉴定及药敏试验,并对耐药结果进行分析。结果铜绿假单胞菌总体敏感率较高的是亚胺培南、头孢吡肟、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦等,2年间耐药性变化显著的为阿米卡星。对鲍曼/溶血不动杆菌较敏感的是亚胺培南、氨苄西林/舒巴坦等,耐药性显著变化的有阿米卡星、头孢吡肟、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟及头孢他啶。结论临床应重视药敏试验结果,严格控制抗菌药物的使用。 Objective To investigate the sensitivity and drug tolerance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Aeinetobacter baumanni/haemolyticus to antibiotics in patients in ICU of our hospital from 2006 to 2007, and to offer reference for rational use of antobiotics. Methods Strain indenification and drug sensitivity test were performed with Mieroscan WalkAway-40SI and then the results were analyzed. Results The more sensitive antibiotics to Pseudomonas aeruginosa were imipenem, eefepime and piperacillin-tazobactam. Amikacin was the antibiotic with most remarkabke variation of drug resistance. The more sensitive antibiotics to Acinetobacter banmanni/haemolyticus weie imipenem, ampieillin/sulbactam. The antibiotics with remarkable variation of drug resistance were amikacin, cefepime, eeftriaxone, cefotaxime, and ceftazidime. Conclusion Drug susceptibility test should be thought highly of, and antibacterials should be used rationally.
