摘要
研究了不同培养基配方、pH、温度对巨大口蘑(Tricholoma giganteum)菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,在实验培养基中,巨大口蘑菌丝生长的最佳培养基为加富PDA-4(马铃薯20%,葡萄糖2%,酵母粉0.5%,钙中盖0.3%,MgSO40.2%,琼脂2%),巨大口蘑菌丝的生长速度较快,菌丝粗壮、浓白、致密;最适温度28~30℃,最适pH7.0。
Culture parameters have been optimized for Tricholoma giganteum mycelial growth. Highest mycelial growth rates and most vigorous growth was achieved using an enriched PDA No 4 medium (pH 7.0) composed of potato 20%, glucose 2%, yeast powder 0.5%, KH2PO4 0.3%, MgSO4 0.2% and agar 2%, and an incubation temperature of 28-30℃. Under these conditions, the mycelial growth rate was 41.4% higher compared to the rate recorded with normal PDA medium.
