摘要
企业人材开发OJT(实务培训)语境下"技能"内涵和技术工人的技能形成,与学校职业教育体系对技能的理解有着很大的不同。通过OJT获得的技能具有宽度和深度,它在本质上是一种应对各种具有不确定性工作任务的能力,包括能够应对问题和变化。通过对日本技术工人(蓝领和白领)技能形成过程的把握,期望能为促进学校职业教育的健康发展,获得有益的启示。
The connotation of the skill and the skill obtaining of the craftsman in the enterprises in terms of ＂on the job training＂ are different from that in the system of school-based vocational education. The obtaining of the skill by ways of on job training is bread and deep, it is essentially a kind of capability to cope with various uncertain tasks, including coping with problems and changes. We hope to get some inspirations by borrowing the experiences of the skill obtaining process of the Japanese skill workers.
