乏氧与肿瘤干细胞的放射敏感性 被引量:1

摘要 随着对肿瘤生物学特性的深入研究,目前认为一些恶性实体肿瘤是一种干细胞疾病,如脑胶质瘤、乳腺癌和大肠癌等,即肿瘤来源于肿瘤干细胞(cancer stem cell),又称为肿瘤起始细胞(cancer-initiating cell)。这类细胞仅占整个肿瘤细胞的一小部分,但是它们具有自我更新能力和多向分化潜能,是形成不同分化程度的肿瘤和肿瘤不断生长的根源,也可能是肿瘤治疗失败的根源。
