摘要
对2006年煤矿瓦斯突出事故进行统计分析,主要从突出次数和死亡人数两个角度考虑。从统计结果中发现瓦斯突出事故是呈区域性分布的,私有煤矿占有相当大的比例,达到76.9%,并且时间上也有一定的规律性。全国范围来看,突出事故的原因主要与生产管理制度不完善、企业技术基础薄弱、安全投入不足、安全管理不到位等多种因素有关,根据上述问题提出了相应的解决措施。
The paper analyzed the accident of gas outburst in our country coal mines in 2006, from the fatal figures and occurred numbers of fatal accidents. It was found that gas outburst accidents occurred in the national coal mines have the characteristic of the regional concentration, the private coal mines have a large proportion, about 76.9 %, and have some regulation from concentration. From coal mines accidents in the nation outburst accidents have a close relation to production control system imperfect, weak technology, low safety inspection and so on, and proposed corresponding measures.
