摘要
重点论述了金隆铜业有限公司3台万吨级硫酸储罐导链式倒装法的工艺原理、力学计算和施工程序。实践表明,导链式倒装法安装大型酸罐操作简单、工程进度快且工程质量有保证,是一项值得推广的先进施工方法。
Process principles, mechanical calculation and construction procedure of leading chain-reversal installation method for three ten thousands ton sulphuric acid storage tanks in Jinlong Copper are discussed in detail. Practice showed that leading chain-reversal installation method for large sulphurie acid storage tank is characterized by simple operation, quiek and high quality of construction and is worth popularizing as an advanced constructions method.
