前臂纵向不稳定的诊断和治疗 被引量：1

摘要 1前臂相关结构的解剖及生物力学 IOM是连结于尺桡骨骨间缘之间的坚韧纤维膜，纤维自桡骨近端发出，斜向下内附着于尺骨远端。骨间膜的纤维与桡骨成21°角，与尺骨轴成28°角。过去有人认为．IOM由两部分组成，中央1／3段的腱性部分和两端的膜性部分。腱性部分厚而坚韧,是由3—10束纤维构成的复合体，从桡骨近端1／3发出连结于尺骨远端1／4。
