摘要
基于海南省教育厅课题"海南省高校图书馆为地方企业自主创新提供信息服务的研究"发现,《全国图书馆企业信息服务苏州宣言》的发布统一了各级各类图书馆为企业提供信息服务的认识,为高校图书馆的企业服务厘清了观念上的障碍,倡导各类各级图书馆都要为企业提供信息服务,并且高屋建瓴地提出了图书馆为企业服务的两个定位。宣言的行动纲领、条分缕析为图书馆提供了具体的行动指南,解决了图书馆为企业提供信息服务做什么和如何做的问题。
The author provides the opinion on how to understand the meaning and the enlightenment of the Suzhou ManifestoChina＇s Libraries＇ Information Services for the Enterprises, combining the findings of a research program supported by Hainan Provincial Education Department. In the authors opinion, the release of the Manifesto, firstly, has reached a consensus on information services for the enterprises in all kinds of libraries, especially breaks the barrier of traditional concept of the university libraries. Secondly, the Manifesto defines the two orientations which the library should take for the enterprises. Furthermore, the action guidelines of this manifesto have provided the concrete guide for the libraries on what to do and how to do in information services.
