摘要 为了实现高清晰度油气管道漏磁检测器高精度多通道数据采集的要求,采用AlteraCyclone系列FPGA EP1C6为核心控制模块,结合AD9223模数转换芯片构建了超多通道、高速数据采集系统。利用VHDL编程构造双口RAM和状态机,在FPGA中实现了采集过程中的数组组织与存储。该系统能够完成660路、最大采样率为132kHz、精度为12位有效数位的模拟信号采集。文中介绍了数据采集系统的构成和设计过程,给出了系统的实验结果。 In order to achieve the requirements of high precision and multi-channel data acquisition of oil and gas pipeline magnetic flux leakage detector with high definition, a super multi-channel and high-speed data acquisition system is built with Altera Cyclone series FPGA EP1C6 as the core control module and AD9223 as the analog-digital converter. The data organization and storage are realized by constructing dual-port RAM and state machine using VHDL in FPGA during the data acquisition process. The system achieves acquiring 660-route analog signals with the maximal frequency of 132 kHz and the precision of 12 bits. The compositions and design process of the data acquisition are introduced, and the results of the experiment are represented.
