摘要
目的通过对远洋运输船船员长航前后细胞表面标志物变化的检测,探讨其免疫功能变化的机制。方法运用流式细胞术检测11例远洋运输船船员长航前后B细胞(CD19)和NK细胞的改变。结果与航行前相比,航行后船员CD19、NK明显降低(P<0.01)。结论远洋运输船对船员免疫功能,尤其对外源性感染的防御能力有明显的影响。
Objective By detecting the changes of the cellular cluster of differentiation of persons worked in the oceangoing transport boat,we can evaluate the influence on the immunity function after long term voyage. Methods Flow cytometric (FCM) analyses was performed to detect percentage of B cell (CD19^+) and NK cell (CD16^+ CD56^+) of persons worked in the oceangoing transport boat before and after long term voyage. Results Compared with before long term voyage,the percentage of CD19^+,CD16^+ CD56^+ was remarkably decreased (P〈0.01) after long term voyage. Conclusion Long term voyage can make effect on the immunity function of persons worked in the oceangoing transport boat, especially the function of guarding exogenous infection.
