摘要
当前贯彻实施《劳动合同法》,很重要的一点是要梳理和消除对《劳动合同法》的误读、误解,引导企业、职工包括政府有关部门全面认识、正确理解《劳动合同法》的立法宗旨和法条内容。
In the process of implementing the Labor Contract Law, it is important to clarify and avoid the misunderstandings, to induct enterprises, employees and the government understanding the tenets and contents of Labor Contract Law.
