摘要
我国各主要油田已有部分采油厂建立了油管检测与修复作业线,采用比较先进的设备和工艺检修了大批油管,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。为了进一步提高我国油管检测与修复技术水平,建议尽快编制我国旧油管检测与修复技术标准;应用感应加热与喷丸工艺彻底解决油管的除油、除锈问题;对油管进行热校直;采用高压水力或液压胀缩式机械除垢,采用无刻痕定扭矩上卸螺纹机装卸油管接箍;通过表面感应淬火对油管的螺纹和内壁进行强化;推广应用漏磁或涡流油管无损探伤机和油管螺纹漏磁探伤仪,提高作业线的自动检测控制水平。
Prposals for improving the technical level of tubing inspection and repair in China are offered as follows: working out Chinese technical standard for used tubing inspection and repair as quickly as possible, solving thoroughly the prob lem with the removal of oil and rust by applying the induction heat and peening technology; carrying out heat straightening of tubing; adopting high pressure hydraulic mechanical descaling or hydraulic expanding and contracting mechanical descaling; executing makeup and breakout of tubing coupling by using special tool; strengthening the tubing thread and inwall by means of the surface induction quench; popularizing eddy current or leakage flux non-destructive inspection ap paratus and tubing thread leakage flux inspection apparatus on tubing inspection and repair lines.
