摘要
建设用地是经济社会发展的基础。随着我国工业化和城市化进程的推进,集约利用建设用地成为实现土地可持续发展的必然选择。为综合评价福建省建设用地集约利用状况,本文首先对福建省建设用地利用现状进行分析,选取了包括利用效率、利用程度、动态潜力和可持续利用4个因素层在内的13个指标因子构建指标体系进行分析,先后采用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对福建省建设用地集约利用动态变化及现状进行分析,结果表明:福建省建设用地集约利用水平呈整体上升趋势;全省9个市可划分为3个不同类型,其中福州、厦门市归为一类;莆田、泉州和漳州市归为一类;南平、宁德、三明和龙岩市归为一类。
Construction land is the foundation of economic and social development. During the process of urbanization and industrialization in our country, it is necessary to carry out intensive use of construction land which can realize the sustainable development of land. In order to evaluate the status of intensive use of construction land in Fujian province, this paper analyzed the current use of construction land, se- lected 13 index factors including 4 factor levels as use efficiency, use degree, dynamic potential and sustainable use, used Principal Com- ponent Analysis and Clustering Analysis to analyze the dynamic change and status of intensive use of construction land in Fujian. The results showed that the intensive use level presented entirely escalated tendency, and 9 cities in Fujian could be divided into 3 types： 1st, Fuzhou and Xiamen; 2nd, Putian, Quanzhou and Zhangzhou; 3rd, Nanping, Ningde, Sanming and Longyan.
