摘要
以研究影响燃气调压阀流量特性的因素为目的,利用计算流体力学的方法对阀门内流场进行模拟。分析了阀门最小通气面积、入口压力、入口燃温、入口-出口压比和气体性质对流量特性的影响,并利用拟合数据推导了各参数与质量秒流量的关系式。得到了质量秒流量与阀门最小通气面积、入口压力成正比,与入口燃温平方根成反比,与稳定压比无关的结论。而且气体比热比和摩尔质量对质量秒流量也产生一定规律的影响。
For studying the factors effect on the flux of hot gas valve, CFD was used to simulate the internal flow field. The effect of minimum area of venthole, inlet pressure, inlet temperature, pressure ratio and gas character on mass flow rate was analyzed and the formulas of these parameters and mass flow rate were deduced. The conclusion is: mass flow rate is directly proPortional to minimum area of venthole or inlet pressure and inversely proportional to square root of inlet temperature and irrelative to pressure ratio. Specific heat ratio and molecular weight of gas also affect mass flow rate regularly
