摘要
介绍核心竞争力理论和价值链理论,以此分析得出铁路多元经营房地产企业的价值链分析。在该理论基础上,构建房地产企业核心竞争力测评体系。
The article introduces the core competitiveness and value chain theory, thus analyzing the value chain of real-estate enterprises of railways. Basing on the theory, the core competitiveness evaluation system is established.
