摘要
[目的]获得耐冷乙醛高效降解菌株。[方法]从生产聚酯切片污水曝气池中,分离到一株能以乙醛为唯一碳源生长的耐冷细菌A27菌株,经16S rDNA基因序列进行分析鉴定后用气相色谱法和分光光度法分析其降解性能。[结果]A27菌株为巴氏醋杆菌,在24和48 h内对500 mg/L的乙醛降解率分别为77.4%和100%。[结论]A27菌株是耐冷菌株,其降解乙醛的最适条件为pH值7.03、0℃,接种量1%。
[ Objective ] The bacterial swain with cold-tolerance was identified. [ Method] In the waste water pool after the production of polyester piece, a bacterial strainA27, which took acetaldehyde as only C-source and was cold-tolerance, was isolated. The degradation character of the strain was analyzed with gas chromatography and spectophotometry after the analysis of its gene sequence of 16S rDNA. [Results] SwainA27 was one kind of Acetobacter pasteurtianus, which degradation rate of polyester(500 mg/L) was 77.4% and 100% in 24 h and 48 h, respectively. [ Conclusion] A27 was cold-tolerance strain and its optimum condition for the polyester-degrading was in pH value of 7.0 and 30 ℃.
