肾盂癌31例临床分析 被引量：1

Clinical Analysis of 31 Cases with Renal Pelvic Carcinoma

摘要 [目的]探讨肾盂癌的诊断、治疗及预后,提高肾盂癌的诊治水平。[方法]回顾性分析31例肾盂癌患者的临床资料。[结果]30例患者行手术治疗,其中26例行肾、输尿管全长及膀胱袖状切除术,4例行肾及足够长度输尿管切除术。随访30例患者,随访时间3个月～6年,Ⅰ～Ⅱ期与Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者的1年、3年和5年生存率相比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。27例移行细胞癌Ⅰ～Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级患者的1年、3年和5年生存率相比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。[结论]肾盂癌的诊断主要依靠临床表现及影像学检查,肾、输尿管全长及膀胱袖状切除是主要的治疗方法。预后与病理类型、分期和分级密切相关。
