摘要
在国产气相色谱设备上，采用内标法研究了白酒中甲醇、杂醇油、单醇、单酯及总酯的分析方法，可应用于白酒成份的检测和质量的监控。
Special alcohols, hetroalcohol oil, meathol, special esters and total amount of esters are determined by gas chrmomatography using internal standard method. This method can be applied in the determination and control of spirits properties.
