摘要
研究分析了马铃薯块茎本身对块茎损伤影响显著的关键因素,从而为通过改善栽培条件、品种选育和种质创新等减轻马铃薯块茎损伤提供依据。选用损伤性状差异显著的5个品种(系):Desiree、Russet Burbank、春薯4号、9637-83和TD38-2为试验材料,测定其表皮擦伤(SK)、内部损伤(IB)和损伤变色(BR)性状,同时测定块茎硬度等17个块茎指标,并对数据进行偏最小二乘回归分析并建立模型。分析可知:不同块茎指标对表皮擦伤和内部损伤的影响作用相似,与对损伤变色的影响作用差别较大。Ca2+、酪氨酸和绿原酸共同对3种损伤起着较大的正向或负向作用。偏最小二乘回归模型对本研究中多重相关数据的分析结果整体性较强,结论客观合理,回归系数易于解释,从而可为生产和科研提供可靠的理论依据。
The potato tuber bruises can be alleviated by breeding new cuhivar, improved agronomy and enhanced germplasm based on understanding the key factors affecting bruises. In this research, the cuhivars (clones) with prominent difference in bruises, Desiree, Russet Burbank, Chunshu 4, 9637-83 and TD38-2 were chosen as experimental materials. Data were taken for skinning (SK), internal bruise (IB), and browning (BR), as well as for 17 tuber indexes. Correlation analysis was made, and then partial leastsquares regression (PLSR) model was established after PLSR analysis. Based on the model, tuber indexes measured had similar impact on both skin bruise and internal damage, but not for discoloration. However, Ca^2+ , tyrosine and chloregenic acid had remarkable effects on all bruises variables, positively or negatively. It was shown that this model in the research had more advantages, such as stronger integrity, reasonable conclusion, easily explainable regressive parameter, thus it can provide theoretical basis for scientific research and production.
