痰热清注射液治疗COPD急性加重期50例疗效观察被引量：2

摘要目的观察痰热清注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的临床疗效。方法将96例COPD急性加重期患者随机分为观察组50例和对照组46例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液30ml静脉滴注,每日1次,疗程7～14d。结果观察组显效32例(64.0%),有效14例(28%),无效4例(8.0%),总有效率为92.0%;对照组显效20例(43.5%),有效13例(28.2%),无效13例(28.3%),总有效率达71.7%,观察组显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义,P<O.05。结论痰热清注射液治疗COPD急性加重期临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
