摘要
研究通过高能电脉冲对加工硬化的AZ31镁合金丝材进行在线处理,分析高能电脉冲作用下AZ31丝材力学性能、断口形貌及微观组织的变化机理,并与传统退火处理工艺进行了比较。结果表明,电脉冲处理后丝材的综合力学性能相对常规退火处理工艺有了较大的提高,处理后组织中出现大量微米和亚微米级的超细晶粒。
The work-hardened magnesium wire online treatment process with high-density electropulse is investigated. The influences of electropulse processing on the mechanical properties, fracture mode and the mechanism of microstructure variation of the hardened AZ31 wire are analyzed. The results show that compared to the traditional treatments, the mechanical properties are improved enormously of the work-hardened magnesium wire treated with high-density electropulse, and a great deal of superfine grains of micro and sub-micro scale appear in the microstructure.
