摘要
带接管内压圆筒通常受到内压和接管弯矩的共同作用,接管附加的弯矩载荷会影响内压圆筒开孔-接管区的强度性能。对4台不同di/Di比值的带径向接管圆筒压力容器在组合载荷作用下开孔-接管区弹性应力进行了试验研究,考察了内压和接管面内弯矩、内压和接管面外弯矩共同作用下开孔-接管区的弹性应力分布、应力集中以及2种载荷之间的相互影响规律。研究结果表明,接管附加弯矩载荷显著增加了承压容器在开孔-接管区的应力集中,且应力集中随开孔率的大小而变化,开孔率小的模型,接管弯矩变化对内压作用下各截面应力集中的影响较大;内压变化对接管弯矩作用下各截面应力集中的影响是开孔率大时影响相对较大,但关系不是很明显。
The internal pressure cylinder with nozzle is always loaded by combined internal pressure and nozzle moments. The additional nozzle moment can influence the strength of cylinder-nozzle intersection of the internal pressure cylindrical vessel. In the present work, an experimental study of elastic stress of cylinder-nozzle intersection of 4 cylindrical shells with different diameter ratios di/Di under combined loadings is carried out. The distribution of elastic stress, stress concentration on cylinder-nozzle intersection under combined internal pressure and in-plane moment or combined internal pressure and out-plane moment are studied. How the two different loadings affect each other is studied, too. The result indicates that the additional nozzle moments can remarkably strengthen the stress concentration of internal pressure vessel. The smaller the opening ratio is, the greater influence the moments will have on the stress concentration of each section. The influence of internal pressure on stress concentration under moments will strengthen as diameter ratio increases, but this relationship is not evident.
