摘要
以苯甲酸铜和磷酸甲基丙烯酰氧乙基酯反应,制备了一种近红外吸收剂,将其与甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚,制备了近红外吸收滤光片,研究了该滤光片的近红外吸收性能,紫外-可见-近红外光谱表明:Cu(Ⅱ)有机磷酸酯配合物与甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物具有良好的近红外吸收性能,随着聚合物中Cu(Ⅱ)含量的增加,滤光片吸收近红外线强度和吸收波长范围都随之增大,Cu(Ⅱ)含量为10.5%的共聚物滤光片在685~1070 nm波长范围红外线透过率低于0.01%,光谱辐射计测试的该样品的光谱辐亮度值在740~930 nm波长范围内低于1×10-12。
A near infrared absorbing material is prepared by a reaction of copper benzoate anhydrous with methacryloyloxyethyl phosphate. Furthermore, the NIR absorbing filter was prepared by copolymerization of Cu( Ⅱ )-PMOE with MMA. The absorbing property of NIR ray was studied. The results of UV-VIS-NIR spectra showed: the copolymer filter has high absorption intensity in the near infrared region. The absorption intensity and absorption spectrum of copolymer are increased with the addition of Cu(Ⅱ). The NIR ray transmission of copolymer filter which content of Cu( Ⅱ ) is 10.5% is under 0.01% from 685 to 1070 nm, and the spectral radiance of this sample is under 1 × 10^-12 from 740 to 930 nm by the testing result of spectral radiance apparatus.
